There are NO guarantees that the Muse will help you make any money and the Muse does not provide investment advice.

The Muse is a tool that helps you with your existing trading strategy; it should not be used as the primary decision for your trading, you should have a backup service to confirm your trade decision. They Muse is a tool that lets you set your OWN triggers, this is not a Buy/Sell trigger service on which we guarantee you profits.

The Muse should be used for testing purposes only; if you wish to use it and trade real accounts then you do so against our recommendation and you take all the risks involved.

The Muse depends on other sources before it can confirm a Buy/Sell signal, those feeds may go down, late and may provide wrong information, that is expected to happen from time to time and you should expect it.

The Muse is a software tool that depends on servers, feeds, network communications and electrical power to be online for it to provide your custom Buy/Sell signal, while it is usually up 99% of the time, there is no guarantee that there won’t be exceptions and therefore you would not be provided the signal at the right time.

As a member, you are not be permitted to re-transmit the signals provided to you by the Muse or any other information that is shared with members to anyone. Doing so, you will have broken this agreement and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

The Forex Muse is licensed to one user only, you may not share the Muse with anyone.

The Forex Muse is a software application and with all software applications there will be defects and these defects will be corrected based on criticality.

There are NO REFUNDS. You are given a chance to try the Muse for 2 days to confirm that you can install it, run it and have a proper connection to the Muse. After that you will be given a 2 week trial that is at half the cost of the monthly fee, again giving you a chance to try it without being committed to a full monthly fee.

Cancellation policy, if you wish to cancel, you need to inform us at least 5 days prior to the end of your billing cycle, this will allow you and us to cancel your recurring payment method and take the proper steps in closing your account. Once you have cancelled your subscription with the Forex Muse, you will be required to un-install the Forex Muse and not share any information that was provided to you during your membership.
